Attorney Michael K. Landman is a founding partner of Landman, Akashian & Macklow, having co-founded the firm in 1994 along with Attorney Michael C. Akashian.
Attorney Landman graduated from the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science in 1979 and Vermont Law School in 1982. He was admitted to the Bar in December of 1982 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law for the past 29 years.
Attorney Landman began his career with American Mutual Insurance Company as In-House Counsel from 1986-1989. Thereafter, he maintained a private practice concentrating in workers’ compensation, personal injury, social security disability and insurance defense. In addition to practicing at the Department of Industrial Accidents, Attorney Landman has tried cases in the District Court, Superior Court, Appeals Court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Attorney Landman has been a speaker at numerous seminars conducted by MCLE, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Company Claim Seminars.
